The Simunds Law Group was founded on the principle that legal services should be provided in much the same way clients expect other services to be provided. Courteously, personally and promptly. A major complaint of many clients is that attorneys often do not return calls, do not explain issues so that they can be understood and often simply are not available. When you work with our attorneys you will have an assigned point of contact and while we may not be immediately available to speak to you, your calls and emails will be responded to within 48 hours; that is our guaranty to you. When you need to discuss your case, we will make an appointment for you to do so, and you will talk to the attorney who has been assigned to it and knows it best. If there is a need to reassign the matter, you will be informed. In short, you will be regularly updated on the progress of your case and you will always know who to speak to should you have questions or concerns.
